3. Strict Prior-Consent Standard
In compliance with the European Union ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC as amended) and GDPR Article 5(3):
- No Telemetry Before Consent: Our client application does not execute hover telemetry scripts, generate guest tracking IDs, or record study visits until you explicitly click "Accept All" on our Cookie Consent Banner.
- Essential Only Mode: If you click "Essential Only", all academic telemetry is strictly disabled. You retain full access to all mock tests, calculators, formula decks, and account dashboards without any tracking.
