4. International Regulatory Protections
- GDPR (European Union): Students retain the right to request full data export or irrevocable erasure of diagnostic history under Article 17.
- FERPA (United States / International): Academic examination performance is treated as protected student record data and is never shared outside the academy.
- PIPL (China): Cross-border telemetry for international scholars applying to Chinese universities is strictly limited to curriculum preparation and test verification.
