1. Educational Philosophy & Free Access
CSCA Space offers extensive free study features—including open-access mock exams, guest simulator trials, formula decks, and interactive syllabi—specifically so that prospective scholars can thoroughly evaluate our interface and content quality prior to committing to any paid plan or subscription tier.
2. Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws and international digital commerce standards, consumers are generally entitled to withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of transaction completion.
Digital Content Fair-Use Threshold:
Because CSCA Space delivers immediate computerized access to copyrighted intellectual property (complete past examination items, step derivations, and distractor misconception autopsies), your statutory right to a full refund is governed by the following usage criteria:
- Eligible for 100% Full Refund: You submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of payment AND you have attempted less than 20% of the full-length mock exams or curriculum problem sets unlocked by your paid plan.
- Non-Refundable: You have completed more than 20% of the paid question banks, downloaded offline materials, or your request is submitted after the 14-day statutory period has elapsed.
3. 1-Click Subscription Cancellation
We believe in honest, friction-free customer UX. We never deploy dark patterns, hidden cancellation links, or telephone retention barriers.
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time with a single click:
* Note: Upon cancellation, auto-renewal is immediately stopped. You will retain full access to all paid features until the expiration date of your current billing cycle. No further recurring charges will ever be levied.
4. Platform Outages & Technical Compensation
If a verified technical outage solely attributable to CSCA Space prevents you from completing a mock exam or accessing simulator tools for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours, we will, at our discretion, grant complimentary compensatory extension of your subscription duration or issue a prorated refund upon submission of an inquiry to our support desk.
5. Chargeback Prevention & Dispute Policy
We encourage all scholars to contact us directly at [email protected] before filing a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution or payment provider (Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or your credit card issuer).
Our support team reviews and resolves legitimate refund requests within two (2) business days. Initiating an unjustified chargeback without contacting support may result in immediate and permanent account suspension and blacklisting across our payment gateway.
