1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using the computer-based exam simulations on CSCA Space ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Scholar") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

2. Educational Nature & "AS-IS" Disclaimer

CSCA Space is an independent computer-based testing simulator and adaptive study cockpit designed solely to help students prepare for the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) and international Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) examinations.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to register an account. Individuals under 16 may only use the platform under direct supervision and with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts & Anti-Credential-Sharing Policy

When you register for CSCA Space, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

• Single-Scholar License: Each account license is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, lease, or sub-license your account credentials to other students or study groups.
• Automated Anomaly Detection: Concurrent active sessions from disparate geographic regions or anomalous concurrent test-taking will trigger automated session lockout and account review.

5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping Rules

All software code, database architecture, problem stems, distractor misconception autopsies, interactive widgets, vector diagrams, and design elements on CSCA Space are the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator.

6. Payments, Billing & Merchant of Record

Paid tiers, mock bundles, and Pro subscriptions (when applicable) are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways or Merchants of Record (e.g., Stripe, Paddle, or Lemon Squeezy).

By purchasing access, you authorize recurring subscription charges to your selected payment method until cancelled. You may cancel recurring renewals at any time directly through your dashboard settings. For refund eligibility criteria, please review our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of anticipated educational benefits, or hardware interruption) arising from your use of the platform.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount actually paid by you to CSCA Space in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or $50.00 USD, whichever is greater.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws applicable to commercial transactions of the Sole Proprietor, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be negotiated in good faith. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through confidential individual binding arbitration or the competent courts of the Operator's registered jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding against the Operator.

9. Termination & Modification

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or discontinue any feature at any time. Significant updates will be noted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
